Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date provided by the mail carrier.
Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. RMA requests must be submitted by the customer via "my account" section by logging into your account and clicking on “Completed Orders” and following the instructions for returns.
Please ensure that the RMA provided by customer service is clearly marked on all package(s) that you send to us . Products received without an RMA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
Item being returned must be unused and in their original condition. Opened and/or used merchandise cannot be returned. We will only accept return requests for items that are unopened(the product(s) must be in their original packaging), unused, with the original tags still intact.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Please note that you will responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your item. Chrensil Boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment process.

All damage claim requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days, all damage claims will be considered null and void.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, color, we recommend ordering the desired product while it is still in stock and returning the unopened order(s) that is not needed.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.Unfortunately, we can not process a cancellation request once the order has been dispatched.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid. We will not be held liable for any return shipping fees.
