Shipping Policy

Thank you for giving us the privilege to serve you. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our domestic and international shipping policy.
 
1. Domestic Orders[ USA]
 
Domestic Shipping Rates
  • Free priority shipping through USPS is available on all domestic orders (USA). We will ship any merchandise on our site to anywhere in the United States—even Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico—for free!  
P.O. Box Shipping 
  • Chrensil Boutique will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only (USPS Priority Mail). We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping 
  • We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS (USPS Priority Mail). We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
Dispatch Time 
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Customized/ made to order products require an additional production time of about 3-8 weeks.  Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. 
Transit Time 
  •  In general, domestic shipments may be in transit for about 2-7 days. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. 
Process for parcel lost in-transit
  • We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.    
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
  • When a tracking # is provided by the shipping provider, we will update your order with the tracking information. All delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and are estimates provided by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider if you have any delivery questions. Please contact customer support if an order is required by a certain date.  
Items Out Of Stock
  • Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
 
2. International Orders- [Canada/France/United Kingdom]
 
We currently only ship to Canada, France and the United Kingdom. We are actively working on being able to offer shipping services to other international locations. We've partnered with DHL so that we can better serve you by providing fast and affordable shipping options.
 
Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Import Duties & Taxes
  • International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country.  The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Chrensil Boutique has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. 
  • Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Chrensil Boutique is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

International Transit Time:
  • Generally, orders shipped internationally may require a transit time of 5-30 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

  • We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
Tracking Notifications
  • Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
